Follow-up Comment #1, patch#10403 (group octave):

As an update, I separated out expwin and poisswin from the patch and pushed
them

wvtool would be next, and then the use of wvtool in demos


As a quick look at wvtool, it display more plots than the matlab function
does, and is using different scaling for some of the plots - not sure if that
was intentional not
