[Openexr-user] UI files for Shake plugin

I've compiled the Shake exr plugin from the download area.  Can anyone 
provide the Shake UI integration steps for Linux?

I've looked through the Shake SDK and poked around in the UI files in 
the distribution and didn't see anything obvious.  If there is a thread 
out there already with the details, I'd be happy to follow a link to it.

I've googled a bunch of stuff to no avail.
