Oh, no.
And now I cannot use commandline options to overcome this.
Bugzilla reports:
Firefox command line -width -height broken. No -fullscreen for
operation without window manager:

Related to oroborus behaviour? I don't think so, as other window
managers, as reported, work fine. Moreover, Oroborus keys don't
work (Mod1+Control+Shift+f), but Firefox own (F11) does!
Grrr.
