[Pan-users] fetch_new_on_group_load=true

Subject: fetch_new_on_group_load=true

When the subject-line above was present
in the [General] section of the file

             ./.gnome/Pan

selecting a group caused the "Unread" and
"Total" counts to be set to 0, and ALL of
the message headers to be read!

I tried using Edit->Preferences->Display...,
to try to remove this line, but failed.
Finally, I just used an editor to delete it.

Without this line in [General],
Pan reads in only the new message headers,
which is more desireable than waiting for
ALL the headers to be read in EVERY time!

Does anyone have any experience with this
line? Know how to set/unset it? Thanks
for any help you might be able to give.
