[Pan-users] Pan Name Change

Hi all,

I've added a new article to the Pan home page.  This is a sad entry
for me, because due to unforseen circumstances Pan needs to change
its name.

I've added a quick-and-dirty voting section to get public feedback
on what the new name should be.  Feel free to vote from the list or
write in a new choice.
