Two issues here:

1. You shouldn't upgrade these packages one at a time, unless you're willing to 
work out all the interdependencies.  As stated in the howto, you should 
download them all in a directory, and them upgrade them at the same time by 
doing 'rpm -Uvh *'.

2. You seem to already have a beta version of gtk2 and dependencies installed, 
judging by errors regarding gtk+-gtkbeta-13.2-4, etc. You'll probably need to 
remove these first.  If their RPM package names are the same as the final ones, 
you may be able to upgrade them as stated above.

This seems to confirm what I said above. You should get 1.3.2 out of the way 
first, by either removing it, or upgrading it.
