[Pan-users] Decode-Save - Where'd it go?

Just installed Mandrake 8.2 which comes with Pan 0.11.2, and there's no
Decode-Save option anywhere that I can find.

And none of the Save... options create anything in ~/News/Pan, so I'm at a
loss. 

Any ideas?
