Is there a way to force PAN to save a partial binary download?
I have one stuck @ 98% and I am sure the PAR files will fix it just
fine if I could just get what I have to disk. the headers are gone but
it is still in the task list. the articles have expired from the news
server so re-fetching is not an option. TIA
