It's worth a shot looking in your Cache folder.

Your mailer is for Win2k, so I'll just guess you use Windows. Try:
C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\.pan\messages\cache\

(If you are on Linux, I believe it's as simple as ~/.pan/messages/cache/
tho I'm not 100% sure).
