[Pan-users] sites not working

(I tried first sending this message to pan-users
at nongnu, but it never went through.)

I haven't been able to get to pan.rebelbase.com in
the last few days, nor have I been able to get to
http://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/pan-users .

Seems strange to me that both would be down for so
long. Anyone else having this trouble?
