I get the same with dig here, but going via a UK ISPs net tools page I
can get an IP address for pan.rebelbase.com, 64.62.194.66

A traceroute to 64.62.194.66 reaches shitbird.rebelbase.com (great name
folks) but anything at pan.rebelbase.com is useless AYME.
Something borked certainly....
