Hmm... pan.rebelbase.com isn't resolving.  The rebelbase.com nameservers
are still up, but they won't resolve pan.rebelbase.com.

lists.nongnu.org resolves, but privoxy says no (http) connection can be
established, and it doesn't ping. traceroute/tracepath/tcptrace all get as
far as f-0-0.ar1.qcy1.ma.gnaps.net (199.232.44.46), then die.

I get the list thru gmane.org's list2news gateway, and wasn't aware of any
problems.
