[Pan-users] ANN: Pan 0.102 "From the Years of Neon through Iodine"

It's a new week, and time for another release of Pan!

The most-requested missing feature -- the ability to specify a posting
charset -- is finally back in 0.102.  For alt.binaries users who couldn't
care less about posting, there's a bit of flash in the task manager,
which now lists an ETA and the total size remaining.  There are also a
couple of crasher / data corruption bug fixes.

Testers are welcomed with open arms: all the changes this week were
in response to feedback on pan-users or bugzilla.gnome.org.
