[Pan-users] ANN: Round One of Closing Old, Unseconded Feature Requests

These enhancement requests have gathered dust in bugzilla for
over a year without being seconded or thirded.  Here's a last
chance to vote for these bugs before they're closed forever. :)

To vote for a feature, add a comment on its bugzilla page to say
that you'd use this feature.  Only do this if you'd actually use
this feature -- not if it just sounds like a nice idea.
