I've experienced this intermittently with 0.110 since applying the patch
in this bug: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=353334
It looks like that patch opened up a new can of worms. I've as yet been
able to reproduce the behaviour consistently, so while I can confirm it
exists, I can't give a method to reproduce it.
