English : Mail is related to your mail client. So, you have to
configure it in your mail client. See Edit / Preferences /
Applications.

French : Le courrier est en relation avec ton client courrier. Pour le
configurer, il faut voir avec le client courrier. Cf Edition /
Préférences / Applications
