Please check bugzilla, that's where we file problems.  We can't
follow bugs in this discussion group very well due to various
ways mailing lists are kept.  The bugzilla databases are
expressly designed to save these kinds of things.
For instance, I opened this bug some months ago:
<http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=435863>
and someone opened a new related bug that seemably might be
marked a duplicate:
<http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=477860>
Please check these -- if they or others are similar to your
particular problems, please do add your own information to them.

My bug #435863 is still occurring even tho I've been keeping up
with the svn repos for the various gnome components etc. -- I
just can't waste time & space constantly updating the record,
in my case it is implicit that the latest svn revs still have
those problems, *until* I see it fixed *then* I will post an
update to the related bugreport, hope that makes sense.  ;)
