What's probably happening is they don't cache low use groups. You've requested messages that they simply don't have in their store. If they're set up properly they should be requesting copies of those messages from wherever they get those groups from. You may suddenly be able to see those broken messages in 2 or 3 days if they're not too old for motzarella to get fresh copies.
