Hi Paolo, tank you for the information's. In Germany we have the following situation: In 1,5km distance to an airfield model aircraft are forbidden or they need approval from the tower. Automatic model aircraft are only allowed if the model pilot can see the attitude and always have a direct control by RC and the flight has a hobby or sport reason. For commercial and research flights the restriction are the same but a written permission from the aircraft board is necessary . Every flight has to be documented in paper form. In towns you have to inform the local police before the flight. FPV- flights with only one pilot are always forbidden. For every flight in a control zone CTR a pproval from the air traffic controller is necessary. This is the same as in US.
