Found bug in galaxy freeBayes

Hello,

I was trying to run the freeBayes tool on a file for a coursera project using galaxy, and received an error:

"parallel: This should not happen. You have found a bug. Please contact <parallel@gnu.org> and include: * The version number: 20170422 * The bugid: fdr: Cannot open /jetstream/scratch0/main/jobs/34004637/_job_tmp/parhQPDd.par * The command line being run”
