Details - The 'data' member inside pdf_text_t, defined in pdf-text,h is a 
(pdf_char_t *), while it should be a (pdf_uchar_t *). We changed pdf_char_t to 
be signed some months ago, and didn't fix that.

This task is about fixing that header and making the necessary internal text 
module changes to handle it.
