RE: [Phpgroupware-docteam] phpdocs for phpgw api - actual status

Documentation development site set up at
http://www.johnson-engineering.ca/phpgw_wiki for review and use

User registration is required for page edit permissions but self-registration
is default.

There are all kinds of modules for this tikiwiki so I've enabled some of
possible interest to start with (we can enable/disable modules as our needs
dictate)
