Separate the numberspace of group from the numberspace
of user, so as in normal unix world could exist an user
with uid=1001 and a group with gid=1001.
This is a needed feature for a good integration of
phpgw in an existring LDAP setup.
[as a note, i've setup my phpgw using ldap and with a
group (sysman) and a user (gaio, me) with the same ID
(1000). All works perfectly, apart that some apps make
confusion between user and group]
