I like this program but seems to have alot of broken
apps and links etc.
Seems kinda in a disarry and disorganization.

THe irc channel seems to be useless in the point of any real info. In the 
forums you get some help on things that need to be fixed but they are not 
listed in the patches/bugs section.

I keep reading get stable this and .13 this but none of it was listed in the 
download section of sourceforge.net. In fact i got the 0.9.9 of the plus and 
then found out its not the latest. So started all over again.

I would like to get the latest stable version but not sure what it is. What is 
it ?
when I start phpgroupware it says api 0.9.12 on the login screen. Am running on 
Freebsed.

Yes I am a newbie to unix(freebsd) and all this and it makes it confusing and 
very frustrating. Especially the lack of docs.
