[Phpgroupware-users] Installation Woes...

Hi all,

        Can anyone explain what I'm doing wrong?  I've read the 
documentation step by step installed the following packages:

 apache_1.3.24
 mysql-3.23.49
 php-4.2.1
 ZendOptimizer-1.3.1-Linux_glibc21-i386
 
Configured php so my phptest functions...  I put the phpgroupware 
into my htdocs directory changed the permissions on
phpgroupware/files so that nobody:nobody owns them.  Fired off
my www/phpgroupware/setup and the setup screen shows (cool) typed in
the my configuration and then nothing...  I don't get any more
screens...  If I go to www/phpgroupware/setup all I get is a blank
screen.  Checked the apache error logs and I get:
