[Phpgroupware-users] 0.9.14 RC2 PgSQL connect problem !!!

Hi, I have a problem with setup of Phpgroupware 0.9.14 RC2. The manageheader page works fine but when i when to loggin, I've this messag :

Database error: Link-ID == false, pconnect failed
PostgreSQL Error: 0 ()

Session halted.

So my base is phpgroupware on pgsql and my users are allready recording. Where this problème come form ?
