I upgraded RC3 to RC4 and there are two prominent problems:
The Trouble Ticket System disappeared. That is, there is no tts
subdirectory anymore.
November 2002 is out of sync for normal users --- works for admin. For
normal users, the first Saturday of this month has no date number and
the calendar skips over it. Friday is first, and Sunday is second.
