[Phpgroupware-users] email won't send

get following error message with the release 9.14.001

I read, that is supposed to be repaired it in the most current CVS release.
A great request at you (NG).
Somebody can mail the most current CVS to me, or show me a link.

I have at this time problems with my CVS client.
