I actually got the email page to show up once after about a minute of
waiting. so a couple questions please:
1. Does the email pop3 work with subdomains? although the groupware
directory sits in public_html, the server points to
mydomain.here.com does this make a difference?
2. If I already have multiple pop3 accounts for our staff, would it
not be the same as getting those accounts ported over, instead of
making a new one for each person?
3. Seeing how I finally got one page to show up, why does it take
forever to only hopefully load a page?is this a php session,
aklthough I am using a db session. I get horrible errors at line
1038 in the class.sessions_php4.inc.php
<ftp://viking:address@hidden/public_html/office/phpgwapi/inc/class.sessions_php4.inc.php>
file,
it just screams across the page on top of the default page view
after login.
please I am really confused by this email , webmail I am use to so i
dont see how this can be so different aside from the subdomain, I am
virtually hosted if that makes a difference although it didnt seem to in
9.1.4.001
ideas please??

*Subject:* [Phpgroupware-users] email hangs
I have just installed 9.1.4.002, I cannot for the life of me get
past the hanging page when trying to access the email link, when I
try the felamimail I get this fatal error:
*Fatal error*: Call to undefined function: imap_utf7_encode() in
*/home/viking/public_html/office/felamimail/inc/class.bofelamimail.inc.php*
on line *120*
I cant even get to preferences,
However its the email I want when I go to preferences I made a
custom for the defulat doesnt work.
I am on a pop3 account, and would like to assign different accounts
much the way I have it on the domain server.I put Phpgroupware in a
subdomain and made the appropiate email address in mail.domain, But
I am unable to even check those settings for when ever I try to
access it the page hangs and eventually loads up a too busy server
cant be found, please , this is the last hold out in accomplishing
my setup, incidently I used 9.1.4.001 without any of these problems
, but this fresh install wont work with me.
Ideas? please, and by the way this email support system is really
cool, never used one like this before so please forgive my newbiness
cheers
