I am confused by this, it doesn't sound like phpgw at all. Currently no one
gets
access to any other users email unless they setup an "extra account" for thier
mail
box.
The easiest why to manage this is the make the phpgw login names and passwords
the
same as the mail servers. As long as the mail server settings in Administration
are correct the email will then automaticaly work for each user. You can then
even
turn on mail auth in setup and simplify passwords administration too.
