I suggest having your users tweak their configuration by uninstalling AOL and
using a better service provider. Seriously, I doubt this is a gw config
issue. Are you maybe tracking sessions using cookies, but some of your
users' clients are set not to accept the cookies? What versions of AOL are
these people using, and is the problem consistent across your user base and
across versions?
