[Jitter] VM classes renamed to use dashes, new tag v0.9.237

Following an exchange with José Marchesi I renamed the styling classes
automatically used by Jittery VMs to use dashes instead of underscores
to separate prefixes and words.  The new names look much nicer to read.

New tag v0.9.237 .  This small change will temporarily break poke's
styling, so again I am not updating the Jitter submodule in poke.
