"make distcheck" currently fails because the build process overwrites
files in the srcdir, namely help-pages-list and pspp.xml. These are in
the srcdir because we want to distribute pspp.xml.
The easiest solution would probably be to not distribute pspp.xml, so
that we could move these to the builddir.
