Try moving the first ' from                                    here:  v
GET DATA /TYPE=GNM 
/File=Gaia/dottorato/impulsivit?/dati/utlimissimi/'gnu.gnumeric'
to here:                 ^

Also, don't forget the terminating . at the end of the command.
