What about remote xfs filesystem, e.g. glusterfs over xfs mounted using fuse?
(how oVirt uses glusterfs)
The buggy behavior with concurrent fallocate/pwrite can affect this, and
platform_test_xfs_fd() will probably fail to detect xfs.
