[Qemu-devel] [PULL 02/14] hw/arm/spitz: Avoid clash with Windows header symbol MOD_SHIFT |

The Windows headers provided by MinGW define MOD_SHIFT. Avoid
it by using SPITZ_MOD_* for our constants here.
