Here is the link to minimal NetBSD installation with 384 MB root and 128 MB swap partitions.
(Notice, I was able to boot from CD using -prom-env "boot-device=cd:,\ofwboot.xcf")

I get output shown on the screenshot, when I try just -boot c.
If I add -prom-env "boot-device=hd:,\ofwboot.xcf", I get "No valid state has been set by load or init-program".
If I use hd:0,\ofwboot.xcf instead it hangs after ">> Not a bootable ELF image >> switching to new context:".
