This is a know bug with 4.0: see 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1715017
for some discussion and background.

The patches to fix this have been merged into git master and so will appear in 
the
upcoming 4.1 release, and have also been queued in the 4.0 stable branch ready 
for
4.0.1.
