[Quilt-dev] Man page generation broke again

Hello, 

when building the package, we get a whole bunch of "quilt/<cmd>: file not
found" error message during the manpage generation (quilt.1.in -> quilt.1).
and the generated page is crappy.

I think it's because the sourcing of patchfns moves the curdir (looking for
the unexistant patch/ dir). The attached patch implements the same trick
than for the reference: target in man generation.
