I've compiled the new version of qemu+qvm86.
It now boots WinNT correctly, Windows 98 SE guest causes a BSOD on my
host (does not automatically reboots) and Slax (kernel 2.6.11) is
booting correctly.

The BSOD caused contained the following information:

*** STOP: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0xF78C1160, 0xF3E48A08, 0x00000000)
*** qvm86.sys - Address 0xF78C1160 base at 0xF78BF000, Datestamp 426583b2

There's a minidump after win98 crash (that I've sent you privately, Filip).

I feel qemu+qvm86 is running the guest OSes clearly slower than qemu
without acceleration, even more as time passes on the guest machine.
But, hey, at least is not rebooting my host!!

Well done, thanks for your work!
