Follow-up Comment #1:
Those messages are coming from the server process. In order to separate them
from messages to the client process, it is necessary to send them to stderr.
This is not a bug and is a necessary feature. If this output to the terminal
bothers you (but you wish to keep the log messages), please read about the
--terminal-verbosity option.
