Details:

If I backup a folder in uppercase from a case sensitive file system to a
non-case sensitive file system. I can't restore it.
For example if I backup the "Miscellaneous" folder.

the command:
rdiff-backup backup_dir/\;068iscellaneous Miscellaneous

This does nothing.
