Thanks for surveting some packages.  You've found important information.

That is a serious problem, because if the documentation lacks a license,
it is nonfree.

Could you be more specific than "basically dead"?
Is it really dead?  Or just getting little maintenance?
Does it have a maintainer?

If it has no maintainer, I can ask the Savannah hackers to fix the lack
of license.
