[sr #110309] don't get email after posting comment to a bug

The discussion was off-list to circumvent the email problem.
Under the direction of Bob, communication with my email provider came to this
result:

We will reset the reputation of this IP address at our system. Even if
this measure usually becomes operative in one or two hours, please
notice that it could possibly take up to 24 hours.

My post of today to our projects bug tracker arrived at me as email, so the
problem seems to be solved.
