There is a utility called sks_do that you can compile which lets you
delete a key by its key hash. You can look up the key hash via the web
interface. Then you simply do:
sks_do drop <32-character-long-hash>
That should do it. This should be run from the directory in which SKS
is running, and should be done WHILE sks is running. sks_do just sends
a message to sks_db on the local unix socket telling sks to drop the key
from the database.
This functionality is integrated into the main sks executable in
the-not-quite-released 1.0.5.
