No, I'm not trying to delete a key that's "in the wild". :)

I have two SKS servers running for testing (one of which is importing
an X-day old dump from rediris.es as I type this). How can I
manually
delete a certain key from the database? Given the hassles these two
have put me through, I'd rather not start their DBs from scratch
unless I have to.

Speaking of key dumps:
What is the proceedure for putting a keyserver on the public
networks?
Start syncing with peers, then import a fresh dump?

I'm working towards putting my home server up for the public, and the
office one just for us and our clients. That should placate The
Powers That Be. Is my dynamic IP (ADSL, using dynip.com) going to be
an issue?
