[Sks-devel] possible bug: gossip disabled forever(?)

I had another unpleasant behaviour - 1.0.7 sks cvs snapshot
[ds.carnet.hr] had permanent gossip disabled state for a quite long
time. Last successful key gossip happened here:

2004-07-28 02:08:40 Requesting 8 missing keys from <ADDR_INET 212.95.31.160:1137
1>, starting with 1761AE8B4AD556F0517AB145D9C8385F
2004-07-28 02:08:41 8 keys received
2004-07-28 02:08:45 Added 15 hash-updates. Caught up to 1090973322.098650
2004-07-28 02:08:45 <get missing keys> callback timed out.

After which server continued to ignore all further gossips:

Could this be a gossip bug? Seems to me like a flag-freeze.
