[smc-calendar] Bootstrap problem needs help

Hey,

I'm stuck at the bootstrap problem. KCalendarSystemIndic::year() needs
to know if the year is a leap year or not (leap years start from March
21, whereas normal years start from March 22). And
KCalendarSystemIndic::isLeapYear() needs to use
KCalendarSystemIndic::year() function (should check saka year + 78 is
leap year or not) :-(

Any way out?
