The Espeak bug is back (suddenly switching to English)

Hi,
the bug, I had with using Espeak 1.30 came back after upgrading SD to 
0.6.6.
Suddenly the language switches to English, altough it is set up to 
German in speechd.conf. The important lines are:
DefaultLanguage de
DefaultModule espeak
LanguageDefaultModule "de" "espeak"
When reading text/scrolling with the arrow keys, the speech suddenly 
talks English; further moving of the arrow keys brings it back to 
German.
I use Espeak 1.31.
Any ideas?
