The `xlibs-dev' package has disappeared from Ubuntu. It seems to be replaced
by `xorg-dev' which I just installed -- see
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1071483.

Then, I returned to my `/home/sva/src/clisp-2.48/' directory and did:
